Wear comfortable, loose clothing and avoid heavy meals beforehand. Hydrate well and arrive a few minutes early to complete intake forms. Share health history and current concerns so the therapist can tailor stretches, pressure, and focus areas to meet your needs.

Sessions commonly run 60 or 90 minutes, including a brief consultation at the start. Longer sessions allow more thorough stretching and focused work on problem areas. We'll recommend the best length based on your goals and any areas of tension.

Pregnancy requires clearance from your healthcare provider. After the first trimester, therapists can provide modified Table Thai techniques with extra support and positioning. Postpartum clients are welcome; we'll adapt stretches and pressure according to recovery and any cesarean or healing concerns.
