Yes — avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, hot showers, saunas, intense workouts and exfoliation for 24–48 hours. Apply soothing, fragrance-free lotion and avoid harsh products. If irritation persists, contact us for guidance or a calming follow-up treatment.
